New users:

1. Create a new account by clicking "Login / Register" in the top right corner, then “Register”
2. Enter the information on screen. An activation email will be sent to you (be sure to check junk and spam folders). Once your account is activated, click on the link under Additional Links section to register your portal. On the next screen, click the blue button to complete the registration. 
3. Once you are back to the homepage, click the “Utility Billing” tab at the top.
4. Here you will be able to add your account(s). Click the button to “Add an account”. You will need your account number and last payment amount.  

Quick Pay:

If you do not want to setup and link your account(s), you can click on the Utility Billing link at the top right and choose the "Quick Pay" option. You will need your account number to complete the transaction.

The online site will allow you to:

1. View your current bill

2. View your account details

3. View your consumption for the past year

4. Make or schedule a payment

5. Sign up for automatic withdrawal

6. Sign up for e-Billing

7. Put in a request to connect or disconnect services
